"I started working for FremantleMedia almost three years ago as part of their first Graduate Training Scheme. For a year and a half I moved around the company, allowing me to gain some very broad experience over three different placements, from working with management consultants on a global procurement exercise to researching on a dating show for Channel 4! After completing stints in both the Strategy department and in Worldwide Licensing, I moved on to production at talkbackTHAMES, where I have since stayed on and settled into a role where I am working for the CEO on a variety of projects.
