Having had the opportunity of doing my internship within the Human Resources department of RTL Belgium was for me an excellent first working experience. Learning within a strong corporate culture principles like pragmatism, rigour and organization skills will certainly prove a valuable experience for my future employment.
   
In the Human Resources department, you are in permanent communication with persons from other departments. This way you get to know a lot of young, dynamic and open-minded people.
As an intern, you are assigned long-term tasks but also more specific missions. To a certain extent, you help and contribute to the professional life of the department in which you work.
