I joined the company as a trainee, while at the same time preparing for a BTS as executive assistant. This interneship allowed me to apply the knowledge I acquired at school on the job. I started as an assistant in the commercial division, being in charge of marketing the various media to advertisers and media agencies. I learned how to work within a team and acquired sound organizational skills. After these two years, I worked on the basis of open-ended employment contract for the Sales manager of IP Sports, a department in charge of marketing all the sports events of the sales agency. Thus I managed his diary, arranged his appointments and more especially took care of the back office for all our operations, which enabled me to establish privileged relations with our advertisers.
   
After these years of successful commercial experience, the Human Resources department offered me a position in the Broadcast Control department of IP France, which I accepted.  This department is the last link in the broadcast chain. Indeed, when the salesperson has sold his or her project and as soon as the schedule of advertising spots is ready, we place the commercials with the various broadcasting stations, as agreed in the contracts with the advertisers. This is a very painstaking task as all our contacts, both internally and in the market, must be satisfied. Thanks to this internship, I moved up on the career ladder, I had a rewarding experience and most important … I’ve met a family.
